How we look after your information
Who we are. ORANGUTANG, a Singapore digital marketing agency. Contact for anything about your data: Alex, hello@orangutang.tech, WhatsApp +65 9048 6152.
What we collect. Only what you type or add in this form: your name, WhatsApp number, email, shop details, menu, photos/videos, links, and your answers about customers and goals.
Why. To set up and run your social media, ads, Google listing and website — nothing else. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for unrelated marketing.
Passwords. We never ask for them. Access is given through official Meta and Google invites that you can remove any time.
Where it is kept. While you fill in the form, answers are kept only on your own phone or computer. When you press Send, they go to ORANGUTANG's secure storage, which only our team can open.
How long. While you are our client, and up to 12 months after you stop, so we can help if you come back. After that we delete it, except things we must keep by law (e.g. payment records). Photos we have already posted on your pages stay there — those are your pages.
Your choices. You can ask to see, correct or delete your information at any time, or take back your permission. Just WhatsApp or email Alex.
Card payments. Your monthly fee is charged to your credit card on the same date each month (the day you sign up), through a secure payment page. This form never asks for card details, and we never see your full card number.
Other people in photos. Please only send photos of staff or customers who are OK to be shown.

收集什么：只收集您在表格里填写或添加的内容：名字、WhatsApp 号码、电邮、店的资料、菜单、照片/视频、链接，以及关于顾客和目标的答案。
为什么：只用来开设和管理您的社交媒体、广告、Google 资料和网站。我们不会出售您的资料，也不会拿去做无关的推销。
密码：我们绝对不问。我们通过 Meta 和 Google 的正式邀请取得权限，您随时可以移除。
存放在哪里：填写时，资料只存在您自己的手机或电脑里。按"发送"之后，资料会存入 ORANGUTANG 的安全储存空间，只有我们的团队能打开。
保存多久：在您是我们客户期间，以及停止合作后最多 12 个月。之后我们会删除，法律规定要保留的（例如付款记录）除外。
信用卡付款：每个月同一天（您报名的那一天）通过安全付款页面从您的信用卡扣月费。这个表格不会问您的信用卡资料，我们也看不到您完整的卡号。
您的权利：您随时可以要求查看、更正或删除您的资料，或撤回同意。WhatsApp 或电邮给 Alex 就可以。
