hello, boss!

Let's get to know your shop

Answer a few simple questions so we can start making your posts. It takes about 15–20 minutes. You can stop any time — what you type is kept on this phone or computer.

Good to have ready

Your menu (a photo of the menu board is fine)
Some photos of your food and your shop
Your logo, if you have one
Your Facebook / Instagram / Google names, if you know them

We will never ask for your passwords. Not in this form, not on WhatsApp, not on the phone.

Stuck? WhatsApp our Care Crew at +65 9048 6152 — we can also fill this in together over the phone.

step 1 · about you

About your business

You

Your name

Your role (optional)

WhatsApp number

Email (optional)

Which language do you prefer for messages?

Your shop

Shop / brand name

Chinese name (if any)

Your story

How did it start? Who cooks? Any family recipe? Write it like you are telling a regular customer. Short is OK.

How long have you been open?

What kind of food? (tick all that fit)

Your outlet(s)

Your first outlet's Google listing is included. Each extra outlet's Google is S$300/month — we will talk about it with you first.

step 2 · choose your set

Choose your set

Like ordering at the kopitiam — pick the set that fits you. Not sure? Choose "Help me choose" and our Care Crew will advise. Nothing is charged by this form.

Add-ons (optional)

Tick any extras you are interested in. We will confirm the final price with you before anything starts.

How you pay

All sets are a monthly plan. Your monthly fee is charged to your card on the same date each month — the day you sign up.

After you send this form, a secure payment page opens where you add your card.

Want a website too?

Website prices — one-time to build, plus a small monthly care fee:

The free website in the Breakfast Set and the Zi Char Feast has no care fee.

step 2 · the good stuff

Your menu

Two easy ways — do whichever is easier for you. Doing both is even better.

Way 1 · Take a photo of your menu

Photo of the menu board, a printed menu, or a PDF. Make sure the prices can be read.

Add menu photo or PDF

Way 2 · Type in your dishes

Tap the ★ star on your signature dishes — the ones customers come back for. We will feature these most.

Anything else about the menu? (optional)

step 3 · online

Your online presence

Paste a link if you have it. Don't know the link? Just tick "You find it online" and we will search for it. Nothing here is compulsory.

step 4 · say cheese

Photos and videos

Easy tips for nicer photos

Natural light is best — near the shop front, not under yellow lights
Go close up. Fill the photo with the food
Steam is good! Shoot it fresh from the wok
Wipe the table, move away tissue and phones
No filters, no stickers — we will do the editing
Short videos (10–30 seconds) of cooking or pouring kopi are great for Reels

Your photos and videos Add photos or videos You can choose many at once

After adding, tell us what each one shows (optional).

Your logo Add logo

We have no logo We'd like help to make or tidy up a logo

step 6 · photos from your phone

Content from you

We make the posts. You (or your staff) just snap photos and short videos with your phone and WhatsApp them to us. Here is how much we need.

to start

30 photos + 8 short videos

One-time "starter drop" in the first 2 weeks. Photos you already have count too.

every month

15 photos + 4 short videos

By the 25th of each month, for next month's posts. About 4 photos a week.

Your monthly fee stays the same, even in a month you send less. If photos are short, we fill in with your older photos, your best past posts, and simple text posts — never fake stock food photos.

Your "camera person"

One person per outlet who will take the photos and send them to us. Can be you, your son or daughter, or a staff.

Friendly reminders

How should we remind you when photos are due?

Best time for reminders?

Remind who?

step 5 · your regulars

Your customers and competitors

Who usually comes? (tick all)

When are you busiest?

What do customers love about you?

What do they say? What do they always order? Why do they come back?

What makes you different from the shop next door?

2–3 shops you admire (or compete with)

Could be the shop down the road, or a famous brand you like. We will look at what they do well online.

step 6 · what you want

Goals and budget

What would make you happy in 3 months? (tick all)

Choose your monthly ad budget

Ads help more people nearby find you. You pick a monthly amount, or none at all. We set up and run everything, and we spread your money sensibly across campaigns, days and customers — you never need to open any ad tools.

You pay the ad money directly to Facebook / Google — we add no mark-up. It is separate from our monthly fee, and you can change or stop it any time.

When would you like to start?

Anything we should NOT post or say?

Anything else you want us to know? (optional)

step 7 · keys to the shop (safely)

Access and permission

We never ask for passwords

We send you an official invite from Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and from Google.
It arrives by email or as a notification. You just tap "Accept".
You stay the owner. You can remove us any time, with one tap.

If anyone says they are from ORANGUTANG and asks for a password or a code, please don't give it — contact our Care Crew instead.

Do you have a Facebook Page for the shop?

An Instagram account?

A Google Maps listing you control?

Who looks after these now?

Which email should the invites go to?

Usually the email you use to log in to Facebook. Not sure? Leave it blank, we will sort it out together.

step 10 · last look

Check and send

Have a quick look. Tap "Change" to fix anything.
